What are the steps for stopping a small water chiller?

Stop the small chiller and enter normal shutdown, emergency shutdown, automatic shutdown, and long-term shutdown stop modes.

  1. Management methods for normal shutdown operations

  (L) The control device is placed in the manual unloading and unloading position.

  (2) Close the solenoid valve and outlet valve on the liquid supply pipeline between the system condenser and the Yan transmitter.

  (3) Stop the compressor and close its suction valve.

  (4) After the energy load drops to zero, stop the oil pump.

  (5) Close the cooling water inlet valve of the oil cooler.

  (6) Stop the operation of refrigerant through the water pump.

  (7) Turn off the main power supply.

  2. Emergency shutdown of small chillers

  (1) Stop the compressor operation.

  (2) Close the suction valve of the system compressor.

  (3) Close the solenoid valve and condenser outlet valve on the unit’s water supply pipe.

  (4) Stop the oil pump operation.

  (5) Close the cooling water inlet valve of the oil cooler.

When operating a small chiller, if the pressure and temperature of the unit exceed the predetermined range, the control unit of the system plays a protective role, and the compressor automatically stops operation, which is called the phenomenon of automatic shutdown of the unit.

When the unit is automatically shut down, the electrical control board unit has its corresponding fault indicator light to indicate the location of the fault. When encountering this situation, the main cut-off is used to stop the operation of other parts and handle possible methods of emergency shutdown. After the work shutdown operation is completed, check before troubleshooting the processing unit and restart the normal startup program.
