Industry News 5470

What is the maintenance and inspection of a 200 ton chiller?

  1. Check the stability of voltage and current

  2. Regularly inspect the compressor

The necessary acceptance tests for the chiller should be carried out in accordance with the principle of first air tightness test, then vacuum test, first sub item test, and then overall test

  3. Regular cleaning

In addition to checking the technical performance of the chiller, pay attention to protecting the clean appearance of the cooler and the cleanliness of the work site. When the air-cooled chiller operates for 6 months, the entire system, such as pipelines, filters, condensers, fans, etc., should be cleaned, especially the fans. Like our commonly used fans, they are covered in dust, which affects heat dissipation, thus directly reducing cooling efficiency.

  4. Regularly inspect instruments

The temperature controller is out of control, replace the temperature controller, high voltage fault, poor heat dissipation, the radiator is too dirty, the air cannot be cleaned well, improve the ventilation condition, the Computer fan does not work, check whether the fan motor is burned out, repair or replace the motor, the high voltage engine is damaged, and replace the high voltage engine.

  Daily maintenance:

① Clean the surface of the unit.

③ Check whether the three-phase voltage of the power supply is normal at 380v.

④ Check whether the oil heater works normally when it is powered on (the oil temperature shall be kept at 25~30 ℃ during standby).

⑤ Check for water and oil leakage in all parts of the body.

⑥ Check whether the temperature control probe is normal.

⑦ Check whether all parameters during the operation of the unit are within the standard values (see the host manual for specific parameters).

⑧ Check whether the energy regulating mechanism operates flexibly during the operation of the unit (i.e. loading and unloading solenoid valves, slide valve mechanisms).

⑨ Check whether the sound of the unit is normal during normal operation.

⑩ Check whether the temperature of the unit during normal operation is normal (including main motor, compressor, exhaust temperature, oil temperature, etc.).
